Even if a fire certificate covers your workplace, a fire risk assessment has to be carried out, and records kept if you employ five or more people. Premium Fire Risk Assessment This service takes fire risk assessment to the next level. Using the standard report as its basis, this assessment explores and explains risks in greater detail and incorporates and ata-glance risk summary page to enable our customers to prioritise their actions effectively. All this can be supported and enhanced with floor-by-floor CAD drawings and digital photography of the significant risks (optional at a cost) Fire Safety Audit A fire risk assessment is a dynamic document, which should reflect the workplace as it stands today. Saint Davids Fire offer a fire safety audit which will review and existing Saint Davids Fire assessment and comment on changes which have taken place since the last assessment, and identify any new contraventions. Saint Davids Fire strongly advises this audit takes place at least annually. Fire Risk Assessment Coaching Course This course is aimed at individuals who hold responsibilities for managing organisational fire safety and undertaking fire risk assessment activities at work. Whilst no previous qualifications are required, it is recommended that delegates have a basic level of knowledge in fire and Health & Safety. As the course is designed to be undertaken in the clients premises, the delegates are instructed and trained not only in theory, but also in practical application to their building, with the second part putting into practise the learnings from the first part.
